The fastest way to get a reply is to reach out to me is by using my Contact form on this site or by emailing me directly at bookwithsummer@hotmail.com.

You can also reach me via text at 604 373 4185.

Once the appointment is conformed and the deposit is paid I'll send the address of my incall (unless outcall is requested).

Please let me now when you've arrived and I'll send the buzzer and unit information. DO NOT KNOCK, I'll be waiting to open the door for you.

Once introductions are made and the first kiss planted, please place the deposit in a visible area. This is the perfect time to ask any questions or indulge in any last minute request.

After this you can jump in the shower and the fun can begin!

I enjoy the company of respectful people of all ages, races, sizes, and genders.

I prefer suitors over the age of 25 however if you can demonstrate respect and maturity I'm happy to make an exception.

My incall is a clean, comfortable condo located in downtown Vancouver between Granville and Burrard streets. Please note that parking is tricky so plan accordingly,

I do have a beautiful cat so if your are allergic an outcall appointment would be ideal.

Cancellation

I require a deposit of 10% of the total booking cost to be paid before the booking is confirmed.

This can be paid via e-transfer at bookwithsummer@hotmail.com. For suitors outside of Canada I accept a gift card of my choosing or a tip via OF (20% service fee applies)

Life happens!

If you cancel within 24hrs of our date your deposit will be able to go towards a new appointment within 4 weeks of original date.

Deposits will be forfeited with less than 24 hours notice.

I do outcalls to both hotels (4 star +) and clean private residences.

My travel fees are as follows:

Downtown, East Van, Kits: 50

South Van, Richmond, Burnaby, TriCities: 100
